As your bed is being made to order for you if you would like to cancel or make a change to your order you must let us know in writing within 2 working days of your order being placed. After this time we cannot guarantee that the bed has not already been made for you and if so, you will be liable for any costs involved.
We cannot accept return of a handmade bed where you have chosen the colour, or where you have personalised the bed with your dog's name just because you have changed your mind. These beds are handmade to order for you and can only be return where faulty, damaged or where you cancel the order within 2 days of having placed it.
If your item is deemed to be damaged or faulty, please notify us immediately. Faulty items must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt and you will be provided with a refund or a replacement plus any reasonable costs you incur in returning the product to us.

Handmade Wooden Dog Beds

Chosen by us as they ooze quality and style. These luxury dog beds are handmade in the UK. Each bed is designed to provide your dog with the maximum comfort as it is raised off the floor and has a slatted wooden base to allow air to circulate freely. In this stylish handmade bed your dog will feel like a king or queen of the castle and you will have a beautiful dog bed that will complement your home!
The beds are handpainted in a choice of five Farrow & Ball colours in eggshell finish which can be easily wiped or washed clean. If you would like a bespoke colour to match your home interiors scheme, we can do this for you at an extra charge of £15. Please email us with your request.
You can also have the bed personalised with your dog's name up to a maximum of eight characters.
Please note that the beds do not come inclusive of dog cushions. These can be purchased separately. There is a choice of two striped cushion patterns - blue and cream and blue, red and cream (as shown in photos of cushions). The 100% cotton covers are removable and machine washable at a low temperature.
