We are very happy to exchange a product if required to. However, please bear in mind that collars or coats will not be be changed or refunded due to incorrect measurements.

When ordering collars, please provide the actual circumference of your dog's neck - not the length from end to end when old collar is unfastened. Please therefore, ensure that you measure your dog's neck circumference correctly (if in doubt please consult our Sizing Guide for measuring your dog), have checked it and are happy before going ahead with your order. Please also ensure you have measured your dog correctly for a dog coat and are happy before going ahead with your order. Please consult the Sizing Guide provided for further information.

If you wish to exchange a product, or be refunded, please make this decision within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in the same condition as it was when dispatched. Faulty items will be exchanged at any time.
