This product is handmade to order for us in the UK. As the pottery is handmade it is therefore likely to have slight imperfections as is normal with handmade pottery. Whilst every effort is taken to produce each piece to exacting standards, please bear in mind that there may be slight variations between pieces, and slight imperfections can occur due to the kiln firing process. Should you feel unhappy with your purchase, please contact The Stylish Dog Company in the first instance to discuss. No refunds will be given but we are happy to remake the piece or another one to the same value as long as the original piece is returned undamaged.
Refunds or replacements cannot be given for personalised products where you have chosen to have your dog's name or other personalisation.
