Delivery
*CHRISTMAS DELIVERIES
The last order date for Pre pre-Christmas deliveries is Monday 10th December 2023 for donut dog beds. For throws: 15th December.
These items are handmade to order.
Throws: UK Mainland £4.90. Estimated Mainland Delivery: Normally 3 – 7 days, DPD courier, during busy periods, to make and send out can take a few days longer.
Donuts: UK Mainland £7. Estimated Mainland Delivery: Normally 6 – 8 days, DPD courier.
Please note in busy times, due to the donuts being made to order, it can take up to two weeks to make up and send out.
Cleaning and care
Spot clean with a damp cloth where needed. For a more thorough clean, you can dry clean your throw if it’s not used daily or if you need a more practical solution either hand wash in cool water and gentle soap or wash in your machine on the delicates programme with a slow spin. Dry naturally away from heat.
DO NOT TUMBLE DRY.
Your product will come up perfect time after time. Gently brush the fur while damp to fluff it up and give it a shake.
Avoid excessive heat such as a hairdryer and radiator.
