We often have to bake new biscuits, so preparation may take a few days. Our treats and biscuits will then be delivered within 2-3 days, preparation and delivery 7-10 days (delivery to Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands and the Highlands & Islands of Scotland may take up to 14 days including baking).

Times and dates given for delivery by us are an estimate only and no liability will be accepted for any loss or damage caused through late delivery or non-delivery.
If our courier has attempted to deliver your parcel and your parcel has then been returned to us, we are unfortunately unable to re-send your parcel free of charge.

In the case where your original order was sent free of charge, you will also incur delivery charges to have your parcel re-sent.
