Fulfilment - The time of order fulfilment depends on the availability of goods in our warehouse. We ship orders within 72 hours, however, we manage to ship the vast majority of orders within 24 - 48 hours . If it happens that the ordered accessories are not available at the moment, we will inform you immediately and provide the approximate waiting time.

Shipping - All parcels are sent by courier service from the warehouse in Europe. For most parcels sent to UK by courier, the delivery time is 2-4 business day safter dispatch date. We will send you tracking information.
Delivery time to the UK is also dependent on the customs procedure carried out by customs officials, which can significantly extend the delivery time. Unfortunately, we have no control on such situations.

Refunds will be processed on receipt of the items and processed within 14 days.

Our cushions and beds are fitted with zippers which make it super easy to remove the filling at any time. A specially selected padding will assure your pup an undisturbed and comfortable downtime.

The cushion cases can be hand washed or machine-washed at 30°C. Made from a very durable Polyester mix.
