Fulfilment - The time of order fulfilment depends on the availability of goods in our warehouse. We ship orders within 72 hours, however, we manage to ship the vast majority of orders within 24 - 48 hours . If it happens that the ordered accessories are not available at the moment, we will inform you immediately and provide the approximate waiting time.

Shipping - All parcels are sent by courier service from the warehouse in Europe. For most parcels sent to UK by courier, the delivery time is 2-4 business day safter dispatch date. We will send you tracking information.
Delivery time to the UK is also dependent on the customs procedure carried out by customs officials, which can significantly extend the delivery time. Unfortunately, we have no control on such situations.

For all Bowl & Bone Europe returns we have a system in place to collect direct from your home at a reduced rate to our customers.

Refunds will be processed on receipt of the items and processed within 14 days.

Toy – 60cm x 50cm x 16cm;

Medium – 75cm x 60cm x 21cm;

Medium Large – 95 cm x 75 cm x 23 cm

* measurement of the outer part of bed (underside area of bed) so allow enough room for the side pads when choosing the perfect size.

We always recommend that if you are not sure, opt for the size above. You can also add a faux fur blanket if it’s for a puppy to make it super snug in the early days if the bed is a bit big.

CARE:

You can wash the entire bed quickly and easily – both manually and in the washing machine in a program dedicated to delicate fabrics. The zipper sewn into the cover makes it easy to remove, and the high-quality down in the insert does not change its original value even after washing. Please remember that the water temperature during the care procedures should not exceed 30⁰C, and the chemicals used for washing should be free of chlorine and bleach. Not suitable for dry cleaning. After a complete cleaning, we recommend drying cover in a flat position.
