Delivery - Sent from Europe

Fulfilment - The time of order fulfilment depends on the availability of goods in our warehouse. We ship orders within 72 hours, however, we manage to ship the vast majority of orders within 24 - 48 hours . If it happens that the ordered accessories are not available at the moment, we will inform you immediately and provide the approximate waiting time.

Shipping - All parcels are sent by courier service from the warehouse in Europe. For most parcels sent to UK by courier, the delivery time is 2-4 business day safter dispatch date. We will send you tracking information.
Delivery time to the UK is also dependent on the customs procedure carried out by customs officials, which can significantly extend the delivery time. Unfortunately, we have no control on such situations.

RETURNS

For all Bowl & Bone Europe returns we have a system in place to collect direct from your home at a reduced rate to our customers.

COSTS are as follows:

Beds, sleeping bags - Collection £8.95

Harnesses, jumpers, toys and blankets - £4.95

Refunds will be processed on receipt of the items and processed within 14 days.

Size and care

The cushion cover can be zipped off for easy washing and can be hand-washed or machine-washed at 30°C with other fabrics of the same colour.

To maintain the highest quality of the cover do not use chlorine or bleach. Do not dry clean. Remember to hang the cover after washing to let it dry completely.
