Donut Dog Beds FAQs

What is a donut dog bed? A round, fibre-filled bed with a raised fluffy rim that surrounds your dog, supporting the head and neck while they curl up.

Are donut beds good for dogs who like to curl up? Yes. The raised rim surrounds your dog as they curl up and gives them a soft place to rest their head.

What size donut dog bed do I need?

Measure your dog curled up in their usual sleeping position and allow a little room. If your dog is between two sizes, go up a size. Our donut beds come in small (64cm), medium (79cm) and large (89cm) across.

Can you machine wash a donut dog bed?

Yes. The covers are zipped and removable so they can be machine washed, and the Weave donut bed in Misty Grey washes at 40 degrees. The inner cushion is double-sided, so turn it regularly to keep its shape.

Can I get my dog’s name on a donut bed?

Yes, the Blush Velvet and Grey Velvet Luxury Donut Beds can be personalised with your dog’s name in silver-grey embroidered thread at no additional cost.

Where are donut dog beds made and how long do they take?

The velvet donut beds are handmade to order in Yorkshire, and the Weave donut bed in Misty Grey has zipped covers handmade in Yorkshire. Made to order beds take longer than items we hold in stock, so check the dispatch time shown on each product page before you order.

Big money for this item but a real quality product which both dogs really love and appreciate. Time will tell how it wears and washes but initial impression is that it is top notch.
