Wharfe – Named after the picturesque River Wharfe, which stretches 65 miles through a variety of landscapes. At times tranquil and serene, and at others roaring with waterfalls, it’s a truly breathtaking river. In spring, the Strid section of the Wharfe is surrounded by vibrant bluebells carpeting the woodland floor, contrasting beautifully with the grey rocks of the Strid and Bolton Abbey.
