The Pistachio is a bold, confident bed — a proper bright pistachio green that brings real personality to your dog’s space and joy to anyone who sees it. But underneath the colour is the same deeply calming design: chinchilla-soft faux fur inside and out, deeply stuffed raised donut sides that wrap gently around your dog as they curl up, giving anxious or sensitive dogs the enclosed, secure feeling that helps them settle and sleep properly. Because calm and beautiful are not mutually exclusive. An optional matching Pistachio faux fur blanket is available for extra warmth and snuggle. Care instructions
Can be washed in the machine on a 30 degree delicates wash and spin. Once out of the machine give the bed a good shake and dry naturally. Manipulate the stuffing whilst drying, every few hours. Give the bed a good shake once dry.
They will stay fabulously soft time after time.
These beds should be kept away from heat. Do not tumble dry.
Can be dry cleaned. For larger beds we recommend dry cleaning.

Donut bed filling - good to know!
The beds are deeply stuffed. This means they are suitable for all dogs. With use, the padding will sink slightly as it becomes more compressed. For this reason the beds arrive very full to counteract this and always provide a deeply stuffed and comfortable bed. A shake will fluff the bed up every now and again and after washing. If your dog is light, you may want to press the bed down slightly so they sink in quicker. Alternatively if you want it much more "squidgy" rather than stuffed, let us know in a note at checkout. The beds are made to order so we can take out some stuffing if required.

The faux fur pile is approximately 2.5cm long, chinchilla-soft and deeply stuffed, covering both the interior sleeping area and the raised bolster sides in the same vibrant pistachio fur throughout. Available in five sizes XS to XL.
The well-stuffed donut sides create the enclosed, secure nest shape that naturally settles anxious dogs. The non-slip faux suede base is colour-matched in a complementary pistachio tone and keeps the bed firmly in place on hard floors. Like every bed in the range, both the sides and interior are fully in faux fur — there is no cheaper outer fabric, no contrast material. Every surface your dog touches is the same plush, soft pile.
Is a calming bed worth it if my dog isn’t anxious? Absolutely. The donut shape supports your dog’s natural curled sleeping posture, maintains body heat more effectively than a flat bed, and gives them a defined, consistent space that becomes their own. Dogs with their own established sleep space tend to settle faster, sleep longer and show fewer unsettled or attention-seeking behaviours during the day. A good bed is not just about anxiety — it is about quality of rest, and quality of rest affects everything.
What size Pistachio bed do I need? XS (50cm) for toy breeds — Chihuahua, Yorkshire Terrier, Mini Dachshund. S (60cm) for small dogs up to around 10kg — Jack Russell, Pug, Westie, Cairn Terrier, King Charles Spaniel. M (70cm) for Beagles, Cocker Spaniels and French Bulldogs. L (80cm) for medium to large dogs including smaller Labradors and Collies. XL (100cm) for larger breeds. Measure your dog curled up and allow for the cushioned sides.
Is the Pistachio bed machine washable? Yes. Whole bed at 30 degrees on a cool delicate cycle. Dry naturally away from heat — no tumble dryer. Shake and manipulate the stuffing as it dries. Returns perfectly soft and full.
