The Laura Ashley Thistle Patchwork Duvet Dog Bed by Danish Design is a deep, generously filled flat dog duvet featuring prints from the Laura Ashley archive — a beautiful duo of soft cotton fabrics in a striking floral and sumptuous navy cord, made in the UK for dogs who like to stretch out and sprawl in style.

The Thistle Patchwork design features the Rosemore floral print — inspired by a painted antique artwork from the Laura Ashley archive, incorporating traditional British flowers including roses, convolvulus and strawberries — paired with a deep navy cord for a classic country house feel. Made in the UK by Danish Design at their Leeds factory, the collection is filled with a luxurious super-soft thermal filling containing a proportion of recycled fibres made from plastic bottles.

The duvet has a removable cover with press stud fastenings for easy washing. The cover is machine washable at 30 degrees — do not tumble dry to keep the fabrics at their best. The inner is recommended for hand washing but can be machine washed on a cool wash in a suitable machine. Available in Medium and Large.

Is a flat duvet bed better than a bolster bed for some dogs?
Yes. Dogs that like to sprawl, sleep on their sides fully extended, or sprawl across a large surface area tend to prefer flat duvet-style beds over bolster beds. The Thistle Patchwork Duvet gives maximum floor space while providing a well-padded, warm sleeping surface.

Is the matching lounger bed available too?
