It is shower resistant — the quilted outer repels light rain. For heavy rain, the 3-in-1 or ripstop raincoat range is recommended. For cold, dry days and light drizzle, this quilted coat is ideal.

Is this suitable for winter?
Yes — the quilted padded construction provides genuine warmth for cold walks. It is particularly well-suited to dogs that feel the cold but do not need a full waterproof shell in all weathers.
