The Black Harness Thermal Dog Coat by Danish Design is a warm, fitted thermal coat designed specifically for use with a harness — a harness slot built into the coat means you attach the lead directly through the coat to the harness without any fiddling or removal. Made in the UK in clean black, it is a practical, well-designed coat for dogs walked on harnesses in cold weather.
Made at Danish Design’s Leeds factory from warm thermal fabric in black, with a cut that fits securely without flapping or bunching. The harness slot eliminates the daily frustration of choosing between coat and harness access — the coat works with the harness, not against it. Available in 11 sizes from XS to XXXL.
How does the harness slot work?
There is an opening in the back of the coat positioned over the harness attachment point — the lead clips through this slot directly to the harness ring. The slot is reinforced and stays positioned correctly during walks.
Is the Harness Thermal Coat waterproof?
It is a thermal coat with weather resistance — it provides warmth and some protection against wind and light rain. For fully waterproof coverage, the 3-in-1 coat range is recommended. This coat is ideal for cold, dry or lightly damp conditions.

11 sizes from XS to XXXL. Measure back length from the base of the neck to the base of the tail.
