Supreme Faux Fur Dog Blanket | Wild Rabbit
From £58.00
Wild Rabbit Supreme Faux Fur Dog Blanket.
A blend of soft grey with dark brown tipping, like a wild rabbit’s winter coat. Our Supreme faux fur is the deepest pile we make, up to 2.5cm long, so it looks and feels almost real and forgives muddy paws and dog hair better than a plain colour.
Envelope your dog in the luxurious comfort of faux fur. Perfect for extra warmth in their bed through the chilly months, on the sofa, or at the end of your bed when they want to snuggle with you.
Backed with silky soft beige velboa, which keeps the warmth in and means the blanket is fully machine washable.
Tip: dogs love to burrow into deep faux fur. Add one to your dog’s bed for an extra soft, warm layer. Ideal for puppies.
Made in England.

About this product
The Wild Rabbit is our most popular faux fur dog blanket: a grey and brown mix that hides hairs and suits almost any room. Ideal for new puppies, and a comfort for older dogs too. Use it as a warm layer in their bed, a cover for the sofa or your bed, or wrap it round an older dog on cooler nights. Dogs love something soft and deep to burrow into.
Care
Shake off any debris, then wash it on its own on a delicate cycle at 30 degrees with a gentle or non-bio detergent. Air dry flat, away from direct sunlight, and do not tumble dry. Shake it several times while it dries so the fibres separate, then brush it gently with a soft-bristle or pet brush to bring back the fluff. Avoid fabric softener, hot water, high heat and scrubbing, as these can damage the fibres.
Faux fur dog blanket FAQs
Is it good for a dog who likes to burrow? Yes. The deep pile gives them something to burrow into and holds their warmth, which is why we recommend these for new puppies and dogs who love to snuggle.
Which size do I need? Small suits a puppy, a toy breed or a crate. Medium suits most small to medium dogs and fits a standard dog bed. Large suits big dogs and covers a sofa seat. The bed throw covers a double bed or a large sofa.
Does it shed? No. This is a woven faux fur, not a loose-fibre fleece, so it does not shed onto your dog or your furniture.
