Waterproof orthopaedic dog mattress with optional velvet cover

Waterproof Orthopaedic Dog Mattress (wooden bed not included)

• Orthopedic Dog Beds These orthopedic dog beds from Berkeley are handmade in the UK with traditional mattress making techniques, natural fillings, and pocket spring technology for superior quality and safety, providing a non-toxic alternative to memory foam beds. The design includes a central pocket spring core for dynamic body support, thermo-regulating air dam, cotton-rich felt layers, lamb's wool wrapping, and a waterproof cover.
• 🇬🇧 Craftsmanship and Features Each mattress has around 220 individual springs in fabric pockets offering from the centre to the edge support. The layers of cotton-rich felt provide a breathable, warm, and moisture-wicking insulation while the lamb’s wool and tough zipped cotton drill inner bag ensure durability. These mattresses are a deep, warm choice for older dogs and any dog that likes a firm bed.
• 💤 Benefits for Dogs These mattresses are heavier for stability, prevent sliding, and are designed for comfort and even weight distribution.

Care

Our outer cover that is supplied as standard is a durable 100% waterproof PVC-backed polyester pillow case design. This is then sealed with heavy-duty ‘Velcro’. It can easily be removed for machine washing or it can be left in place and simply wiped or hosed down.

Finished off (optional) with a luxury fabric cover in velvet for even more comfort and style!

The velvet dog bed cover has one of the highest quality, hardest wearing upholstery-grade fabrics available yet it has an extraordinarily soft handle.

The short multi-directional satin-finish pile when gently brushed with your hand gives a pleasing change of shade only found on very high-end fabrics.

Machine washable and quick-drying, the fabric is extremely durable with a Martindale rub test rating of an incredible 100,000 rubs.  Durability Rating - 10/10.
